Scientific Games Corporation has acquired Sydney-based slot machine developer Lightning Box

 

Scientific Games has announced the acquisition of Sydney-based slot machine developer Lightning Box. The deal comes as Scientific Games "continues to realise its vision to become the leading cross-platform global gaming company".

 

It is noted that the two brands have a long history of partnership. For example, Lightning Box products have already established themselves on US platform Scientific Games and its end-to-end digital ecosystem for operators.

It should be noted that Lightning Box currently works with more than 50 American, Canadian and European operators. Their list of partners includes names such as William Hill, Betsson, LeoVegas, Unibet, Sky Bet, 888, FanDuel, BetMGM, Golden Nugget and Rush Street.

 

Peter Coseley, CEO and co-founder of Lightning Box, also commented on the new contract, "What an amazing opportunity and recognition of our team's efforts.
