Chief Executive Officer

Mary Jo Edel is the President and CEO of PMG Services. She has been a distinguished member of the community association industry in Arizona for over 30 years. Ms. Edel holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations, and the highly, coveted, Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, as well as her Arizona Real Estate license, Arizona Department of Insurance license and is a Certified Legal Document Preparer through the Arizona Supreme Court, Legal Document Preparer Program.

She served on the Board of Directors of the Leadership Centre and is a past President of the Community Association Institute Arizona chapter. She currently serves on the legislative action committee for the CAI Arizona Chapter. Furthermore, participates in teaching industry related educational classes for many organizations and municipalities throughout the Maricopa and Pinal metropolitan area.

Bruce R. Gran

Chief Financial Officer

Bruce R Gran is Chief Financial Officer of PMG Services. He holds the Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations, and the highly, coveted, Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation. He is a member of CAI’s National Faculty, Chair – Business Partner Council 2013 and 2014, and CAI Board of Trustees 2012–2016. Furthermore, he has been a distinguished member of the community association industry in Arizona for over 30 years.

In 2013 he received CAI’s Award of Excellence in Chapter Leadership has been published in various industry publications including CAI’s Common Ground (2018), Community Manager (2016, 2018). Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Politic Sciences from the University of Wisconsin. Prior to PMG Services, he co-founded a management company in Florida and holds a strong background in finances.

Vice President

Maggie Story serves as a Vice President of PMG Services. She currently has her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and the highly, coveted, Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation administered by the industry’s leading organization, Community Associations Institute.

Maggie has over 25 years of experience in the community association management industry in various capacities. Additionally, she served as the co-chair of the Public Relations Committee for Community Association Institute (CAI) for over 2 years. She provides both professional and educational guidance to the PMG Services Community Association Managers, leads the administrative department, and oversees the daily office operations.
