Mary Jo Edel
Mary Jo Edel is the President and CEO of PMG Services. She has been a distinguished member of the community association industry in Arizona for over 28 years. Ms. Edel holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations, and the highly coveted Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, as well as her Arizona Real Estate license, Arizona Department of Insurance license and is a Certified Legal Document Preparer through the Arizona Supreme Court, Legal Document Preparer Program. She served on the Board of Directors of the Leadership Centre and is a past President of the Community Association Institute Central Arizona chapter. She currently serves on the legislative action committee for the CAI Arizona Chapter. And also participates in teaching industry related educational classes for many organizations and municipalities throughout the Maricopa and Pinal metropolitan area.
Maggie Story
Maggie Story serves as a Vice President for PMG Services. She has over 20 years’ experience in the community association management industry in various capacities. Maggie currently has her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and the highly coveted Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation administered by the industry’s leading organization, Community Associations Institute. Prior to joining the PMG Services team over eleven years ago, Maggie spent 4 years as owner-operator of a small business providing playground services to associations and holds a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) designation. She served as the co-chair of the Public Relations Committee for Community Association Institute (CAI) for over 2 years.
Bruce R. Gran
Bruce R Gran is Chief Financial Officer of PMG Services. Mr. Gran holds the Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations, and the highly coveted Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation. With 27 years’ experience as a professional community association manager, he is a member of CAI’s National Faculty, Chair – Business Partner Council 2013 and 2014, CAI Board of Trustees 2012–2016. In 2013, Bruce received CAI’s Award of Excellence in Chapter Leadership, a national award rarely given to present Board of Trustees. Mr. Gran’s primary responsibilities are corporate finance, IT management, business development, internal and external education. Mr. Gran has a strong background in finance, he personally oversees PMG Services accounting department in all aspects including financial reporting and treasury management. Additionally he co-founded a management company in Florida 24 years ago, currently a shareholder. Bruce speaks and writes from local to international audiences on a variety of industry specific subjects. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin and has been a licensed community association manager in Florida since 1989.
Kathy Parlette
Kathy Parlette serves as the Director of Management Services for PMG Services, directly supervising our team of community managers. Kathy has been in the Community Management field for over 12 years and has managed a vast array of associations, including condominium, single family, and town home communities. Kathy holds her CMCA certification and earned the highly coveted Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation. She also received her CAAM certification a few years ago. Kathy participates in teaching industry related educational classes and Board Trainings. She is passionate about education and continues taking classes through CAI as well as attending industry related seminars. Kathy believes that communication is the key to great service.
