As the managing agent, PMG Services assumes responsibility for the administrative matters of the association.
On behalf of the board, PMG Services communicates with the owners, enforces the rules, maintains association records, coordinates board and annual meetings, procures insurance, and more.
Our Community Association Managers perform regular inspections of the association’s common elements, amenities and assets, to efficiently implement and administer preventative maintenance programs.
