Communications within a community can be challenging depending on many factors including the type of community, it’s demographics, and even the time of year.

Today, the most effective method of communication is electronic. The community web portal allows owners access to all governing documents (CC&R’s, etc.), request forms (architectural), rules and regulations, approved paint colors, etc. Many of PMG’s clients also post newsletters, copies of minutes and financial statements (after approval). Use of the calendar function allows owners to identify upcoming board meetings, committee meetings, and association approved social events.

In addition, our technology platform has many automatic email notifications to communicate when a payment has been received, a new document has been added, etc. The web portals provided are exclusive to each community and secure from non- community access – each owner has their own secure login information.

In addition, the web portal allows the community to easily send out email blasts to all owners, to provide updates or important reminders about community business. Owners can view their account balances, assessment payment options and many other items related to their account.
