• Facilitate payment of Association invoices in an efficient manner
• Prepare monthly financial statement
• Assist with filing tax returns, Corporation Commission filing, and annual audit
• Process title company demands in accordance to all applicable state laws
• Provide computerized assessment payment and processing
Contractual Supervision
• Maintain high standards of common area maintenance through consistent communication with all Association vendors
• Supervise all subcontractors for contractual adherence and response to specific issues
• Perform onsite reviews
